The mission of IntroActive Coaching is to empower you, an introvert, to take action to realize and embrace your unique potential. I am dedicated to helping you identify and build upon your inherent strengths, enabling you to achieve your life goals with confidence. By fostering self-awareness and authenticity, I support you in harnessing your true self to navigate and thrive in all aspects of life.
About me
I'm Izabella Rehák, a proud introvert. I was born and raised in Serbia, in a Hungarian family. I obtained a master's degree in counselling and organisational psychology in Hungary.
I've started my professional career as a Recruitment Specialist and soon after expanded to all areas of Human Resources. In 2018, together with my partner we moved to the Netherlands, where we currently live. Now it is time to get back to my roots to empower people to fulfil their full potential, not only in their careers but in any aspect of their life. This is how IntroActive Coaching was born.
I love to travel, do sports, hike and generally spend time in nature. In my alone time, I enjoy reading crime, romantic or self development books.
In my blog I write about my learnings and discoveries in leading a happy life as an introvert.

The coaching session is fully personalized to meet your unique goals. Each session is tailored to focus on the topics most important to you, ensuring that every step of the process is aligned with your personal needs and ambitions. Together, we’ll work towards your success with a clear, customized plan.
Introvert Career Program
4 sessions of 60 mins - € 400-
A personalized program tailored to help introverts thrive in the job market. Based on your needs, we review together your CV to highlight your unique strengths, practice interviewing skills, boost your confidence as a job seeker, or guide you to uncover career paths that best fit your skills and preferences.
