You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you: 

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services. 

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

How We Use Your Data 

We use your data to: 

  • Process your orders and manage your account. 

  • Deliver and manage our coaching services, including scheduling sessions, tracking progress, and providing personalized coaching plans.

How We Store Your Data 

We securely store your data at MS 365 cloud-based secured drive services. We will retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Specifically: 

  • Contact Form Data: Retained for a maximum of 1 year. 

  • Requests via Email: Retained for a maximum of 1 year. 

  • Other Forms: Retained for a maximum of 1 year. 

  • Newsletter Subscription: Retained until the moment of unsubscription. 

  • Customer Data: Retained for a maximum of 7 years, including data submitted through the above methods, but only if there is a commercial relationship.

Data Sharing and Disclosure 

We do not share your data with third parties except: 

  • To comply with legal obligations. 

  • To protect and defend our rights and property. 

  • With your explicit consent.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
